The Second Woe
In Chapter 9 of the Book of Revelation, the angels blow trumpets number five and six. These usher in the first two of three 'woes'. We have already covered the first woe, which I believe refers symbolically to the Corona virus. The second woe will, I believe, be an epidemic that spreads from Syria. This one will be water born and spread by biting insects. We then move onto Chapter 10 which begins with the image of St John eating a secret scroll.
