Mark of the Beast Part 1
The most famous part of the Apocalypse is the story of the beast that in Chapter 13 rises from the sea. It has seven heads and ten horns with crowns upon its heads. Its number is 666 and it is destined to rule the world for three and a half years. People have speculated for centuries concerning this vision of evil but only now is it possible to properly understand this vision. In part one of a two part analysis, Adrian Gilbert explains the origins and meaning of the beast symbolism. He also reveals the true identity of its accomplice: a two horned lamb. In part two, he will present a full analysis of the number 666 and why this number in particular was chosen as the 'mark of the beast' with which mankind is to be branded.
